【Warning of new scam】

Currently, internet tricksters are publishing scam job offers for seafarers especially from India. These offers create the impression that they are for Hapag-Lloyd. The tricksters ask those interested for high sums of money in advance for visas and other services. This money is simply lost to the tricksters. As a matter of principle Hapag-Lloyd asks for no pre-payments from job applicants and warns everybody of this scam.
