【卫生部为何勒令冻结了他们官方主页？】
根据卫生部与多媒体管制部门，对JEUNESSE GLOBAL 发出了冻结令，禁止这家公司继续营业，但是这家公司没有死心， 还开设了新的网址，继续营业。
并且把 www.jeunesseglobal.com 的网址，
继续链接到新的网址 www.jeunessemy.com
这是很无耻的做法，也在藐视马来西亚法律。
根据1952年药品销售管制法令下，JeunesseGlobal触犯了1984年药品与化妆品条例第7条，第1项（a）条文。
所以卫生部已经禁止了JeunesseGlobal 继续经营的权力。

7. Prohibition against manufacture, sale, supply , importation, possession and administration.
(1) Except as otherwise provided in these Regulations, no person shall manufacture, sell, supply, import or possess or administrator any product unless -
(a) the product is a registered product; and (b) the person holds the appropriate licence required and issued under these Regulations.
(1A) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), no person shall manufacture, sell, supply, import, possess or administer any product—
(a) which is a mixture of a registered product with another substance that is not intended for reconstitution;
(b) which is a mixture of a registered product with another registered product;
(c) which is labelled with an additional name other than the name registered by the Authority;
根据 条文，JEUNESSE GLOBAL 没有向卫生部注册某些产品，导致卫生部觉得事态严重， 勒令封锁他们的公司网站， 并且明文规定，不准再有人销售，制造，供应，宣传该产品。
也许会有人说，公司已经不卖该产品了， 所以公司会继续营业。
但是从多媒体与卫生部并没有因为该公司不再卖产品而放松归还该公司的官方网站，就可以看得出，该公司的刑事责任还存在着。
未经卫生部批准，擅自销售，制造不还合格的1食品，药品，属于刑事罪，因为这可能会造成使用者身体受害。
